Latte shades for the daily grind.
I’m back with round two of the Trade Secret corporate styling challenge (part 1 here) and I decided to take a walk on the lighter side.
I spotted these high waited beige trousers ($60) straight away and knew they’d be a great departure from board (bored?) room black. Plus, they’re great for the lazy (e.i: me) since they’re wrinkle free. Win.
I always thought Van Heusen was for boys but I stand correct. The sizing in the womens line includes a bra cup measurement, meaning adequate room in the chest department. No gap-y/strained buttons here thank you very much. And at $30 (RRP. $70) that’s some thrifty peace of mind.
Rounding off the look are these classy $60 Steve Madden heels (RRP. $150). They’re also stocked in black…which also means I might be making a trip back.
